About the CX Discord

Zoe is an accomplished professional, serving as the Vice President of Retention at Audien Hearing while also founding the innovative Inevitable Agency. With a keen focus on enhancing customer experiences, Zoe has dedicated her career to nurturing customer relationships and prioritizing their feedback to drive business success. Zoe formally managed Retention and Customer Experience at Chomps and Ghost.
